About

Free Itinerary Template makes planning files for trips: a day-by-day itinerary, templates shaped for common kinds of trips, a packing list and a trip budget. Each one comes in the format people already use: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel, Notion or a printable PDF.

Why free, and why no account

A plan should be yours to edit, share and keep. You download the file and it's yours; there's nothing to sign up for. The itinerary maker builds the file in your browser and sends nothing to us.

How the files are made

Every template is written for this site. Each file is opened in a word processor and a spreadsheet before it goes up, and we keep the layout to one clear table per job: details, days, bookings.

How the site pays for itself

In the future the site may show ads or link to travel services we think are useful, marked as such. That will never change which templates we make or what they contain. We never link to services we wouldn't use ourselves.
