Which version should I use?
Google Sheets or Excel, so you can add your own sums. The Docs, Notion and PDF versions have the same tables to fill in by hand.
Does it convert currencies?
No. Write amounts in the currency you'll pay with, or add a column for the converted amount in Sheets or Excel.
Can several people share it?
Share the Google Sheets copy and use the “Paid by” column to settle up at the end.
